In an effort to contribute towards the physical and mental well-being of our community during the COVID-19 crisis, I am offering 6 wellness routines you can do at home, each of which include 1) a 20-min workout, 2) a recipe for a GreenGuru smoothie, and 3) a few words of affirmation to lift your spirits.

I’ll also be teaching LIVE classes on my Instagram once a week, starting March 24th, guiding students through the workouts from the emails, and ending class with a special sound healing or musical experience.
