Nutritional Support
Well-being starts with what you eat, and my goal is to make healthy eating more accessible, convenient, and delicious. I will design nutritional guidelines for your dietary goals. You can also can opt-in to receive ingredients for my Green Guru smoothies to make at home.
Personal Training
Over the course of my career as a personal trainer, I have fine-tuned an integrated blend of pilates, yoga, weights, core work, and cardio, in order to help keep your body strong, lean, and flexible. I work one-on-one, virtually and in-person, walking you through these exercises to get the best results.
Consciousness Practice
We all need signposts to remind us we’re headed in the right direction. I’m here to encourage you as you discover your life’s journey and intentions. I offer practices meant to align the heart and the body, ranging from guided meditation, to mantra work, to sound-healing.
